		<description>take a small towel and dampen it with white distilled vinegar. place the towel on your burn for like 1-2 hours. Yes, the smell is annoying, but the vinegar takes the heat out. The longer you leave it, on the better it works. If you get enough heat out it will just turn into a tan, no pealing, no burn.</description>

		<description>try spritzing on a 50/50 mixture of water/ vinegar. you will smell bad but the pain will ease up. Also, there is this lotion that I have come to rely on called Sarna. its a little pricey but works miracles for severe sunburns! for the pain I would use an OTC pain reliever like Aleeve b/c its an anti inflammatory. Cost free remedy would go with the vinegar/ water combo/ goodluck hope that this helps!!!!!</description>
