Ok when I was little I was sunburned easy, when I would go out side or to a beach I would be sunburned really fast, I lived in Florida for 18 years and I would just be burned, I was like you I went onto the Internet for info. and it helped when I would go outside I will put around 40-30 SPF and then work my way down but not below SPF 15 then when I would get use to the sunscreen I would put tanning lotion on 'cause my body will already be ad adaped to the sunscreen so then I would get a good tan unless than a week. So try that out it should help. Good Luck too!

yerr dont use tanning beds
you have to understand it takes time
i used to worry about my pale skin and then i stopped worrying and i just went outside and after a week im like dark. like very
baby oil can burn you but use dark tanning lotion (SPF 5 or something)

if you look at your baby pictures you will realise that hey! i was really tan, and you can get that again by BEING OUTSIDE.

hope i helped..

Start off with only a few minutes at a time. If you're pale, start with only 10 minutes on the front and 10 minutes on the back. If you don't get pink, you can stay out for a bit longer the next time. Do this every other day and you'll get a nice tan pretty quickly, without getting burned. If you're going to be outside for longer than your skin can stand, definitely wear sunscreen. Burns make it hard to tan.

everybody thinks that if you use sunscreen you wont get tan.
but thats wrong.
even if you put sunscreen on you can still get tan or burnt.
it just helps make the burn go away faster
its just kinda like a moisturizer.
and if you worried about using it and not getting tan.
use like 4 spf.
or use the tanning oil which makes you tan but has a spf to keep you from getting burnt.

do it in intervals so you dont absorb too much at once to cause a burn.

Use sunscreen, and lay out.

But not a high SPF.
Anything below 30 should suffice.

But don't lay out too long!
: D Good luck!
