The sun is healthy for you. A sunburn is just a burn it doesn't cause cancer. What actually causes skin cancer is sunblock. believe it or not. Sunblock has toxic chemicals that soak into the skin increasing cancer rates. Sunblock also blocks out vitamins from the sun making it where you are lacking those vitamins making you unhealthy. Skin cancer relates to sunburns basically by the chemicals the sun gives off. Also dont tan! that is also a form of sun damage that CAN cause skin cancer one bad sunburn wont increase your risks that much. however if your getting frequent bad sunburns that can increse it dramatically. i am fair skinned and sunburn easily so i use a lot of sunscreen.
