Drink lots of water to replace the water lost in your skin. Stop by a drug store and pick up some Witch Hazel for temporary relief.

I use a solution of water and regular white vinegar.
Directions:
1.Take a small bowl and put 1/4 cup of cool water in it
2.Put 1/4 cup of room temperature vinegar in same bowl
3.Take some paper towels and soak in solution
4.Lightly dab/smooth on sunburn

Do this 1-2 times per day depending on how bad the burn is.

Mix 1 cup skim milk with 4 cups water, then add a few ice cubes. Apply compresses for 15 to 20 minutes; repeat every 2 to 4 hours.
Check out for more details.

Aloe Vera alone or you can combine it with:
equal parts plain all natural greek yogurt and plain all natural oatmeal, echinacea extract, almond oil, and mint leaves.

rub all over your burns and SLEEP!

I love Aloe-Vera, either from a fresh plant or a 100% gel that I can get from almost any drug store.

Drink a lot of water and if you get a fever, go to the doctor.

Good luck.

If the pain is unbearable, take a "hot" shower. Trust me this is a remedy that works. After applying hot water to the affected area, you will feel great and the pain will temporarily go away for a time.
